Hayley is an American actress and singer. A lot of people recognize her from her character as Erica Goldberg on the popular show on television 'The Goldbergs.' She considers herself to be an artist first and foremost. When she was nine years old older, she started exploring music. By the time she turned 12 the world of music had become important enough to pursue a career in music. At the age of 13 when she began writing her own music. The album that she first released wasn't released until fourteen years later. Since then she's not looked back. Orrantia is of Hispanic heritage, yet was born in the USA. Though she's never spoke Spanish in Mexico, she still feels strongly proud of her Hispanic roots. In order to maintain her heritage, she's learned Spanish and composed songs in that language. She has recorded an Spanish version of the song called 'Hasta Verte. Orrantia was a part of The X Factor season 1's auditions during the summer 2011. Orrantia had been chosen from YouTube videos and received four "yeses," from judges who were in Seattle during live audition phase. The first time she auditioned, she was solo but in "Hollywood week" she was put along with three female vocalists in a trio for the remainder of the auditions. They were eventually eliminated at the conclusion of the fifth performance.
