Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American writer, singer and actor most famous for her role as Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her stage career began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Later, in 1956, she got her first big break with a performance on Broadway along with Li'l abner. In the year 1957, she released her debut music album entitled It's Time for Tina. Louise started with her Hollywood career in the year 1958 as she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a film that was dramatic. The film was a massive success and Louise was awarded the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. In New York, Louise enrolled in Actors Studio and began her relationships and friendship with Lee Strasberg. The next role she starred in was with the year 1964, when she enrolled with CBS to play Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise kept juggling her career effectively between Broadway TV and Hollywood portraying somber characters as opposed to her image as an attractive model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series as well as Helen Magnus, but in the past few years has earned a reputation as a producer on a variety of popular TV shows like Supernatural. Born in Essex in Ontario on the 27th August, 1965. Her family relocated to Toronto at the age of three. She spent her childhood in Toronto and through her teenage years. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997. She has lived there from then on.
